Total H2O Solutions is a construction company that was formed to help guide and assist water systems complete their Lead Service Line Inventory project. The company started off with two laptop computers, two printers, and a GPS unit to GIS map water meters. Two employees were charged with determining how to do an LSLI inventory project that most were unsure how to start much less complete. It all started with Chariton/Linn PWSD #3, a large Water District in northeast Missouri. With the districts confidence and knowledge we were able to see the process through start to finish. We combine the systems knowledge, County Assessor's data, and customer surveys to do the inventory. We attended training on LSLI inventories and had several meetings with Missouri Department of Natural Resources to ensure that we were doing the inventory as accurately as possible. Total H2O Solutions has submitted over 100 LSLI inventories to the Department of Natural Resources. In 2024, Total H20 Solutions purchased the first Hydrovac Excavator to inspect the water service lines. By the summer of 2025 Total H2O Solutions was running three hydrovacs throughout Missouri. Total H2O Solutions offers all types of services for Water/Wastewater utilities that include but are not limited to: LSLI Inventories, GIS mapping, water meter installation, water main installs, water service line installs, emergency response, hydrant flushing and valve exercising, and much more.
